Her career has included emergency medicine, healthcare technology, and enterprise leadership, including executive roles at Oracle and Cerner, where she advised on systems shaping healthcare strategy and decision-making.
Throughout her work, Michelle has led in environments where difficult decisions carried real consequences for individuals, teams, and organizations.
